Sound familiar?

Monday morning. The laptop has been open for two hours. The doc is still blank.

You knew exactly what mattered today. You reorganized your desk instead.

One quick reply turned into forty minutes of scrolling.

Lunch ended an hour ago. You still haven’t made it back in.

None of this is laziness. Starting — and starting again — is genuinely hard. And you’re not the only one.

How iPoki works, start to finish

Start in one small step

Tell iPoki what you’ve been putting off. It breaks the task into pieces and hands you a first step small enough to start right now — because starting, not planning, is the hard part.

Someone in your corner while you work

During a session you start, iPoki quietly keeps you company. When a quick reply pulls you away, it helps you find your way back — gently, never with shame. Private apps stay private: it simply doesn’t look.

Finish, and see yourself grow

Every session ends with honest feedback: what you did, where you drifted, what got done. Week by week the evidence stacks up — you’re becoming someone who starts.

Our point of view

The more you use it, the less you need it.

We don’t believe procrastination is laziness. It’s a starting problem — and shame has never once fixed it.

We don’t believe you need a stricter warden. You need someone in your corner — a training partner, at eye level, on your side.

So we’ll say the quiet part out loud: iPoki works like training wheels. As you get steadier, they come off. Our goal is the day you forget to open us.

Frequently asked questions

Is iPoki just another pomodoro timer?
No. A timer counts minutes but doesn’t know what you’re doing in them. iPoki understands the task you’re on, helps you start it, notices when you drift, and gives you honest feedback when you finish.
Does iPoki see my screen all the time?
No. Screen understanding runs only during a focus session you start yourself, with your permission, and stops the moment the session ends. Before the app launches, the full Privacy page will list what leaves your device, where it goes, and how long it is kept.
Won’t nudges just make me feel worse?
We designed for exactly that worry. iPoki never nags: it stays quiet by default, steps in gently at most once in a while, and you can dismiss it with one click — no guilt attached. Every session is started by you, never by the app.
Is iPoki an ADHD treatment?
No. iPoki is a general-purpose focus and task-execution tool. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and can’t replace professional medical care.
